At JOLYN, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your performance swimwear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
